Step 1- Intro Call
Meet & greet, discuss your talent needs, and explore a mutual fit. We’ll then match you to qualified candidates for the role at hand based on your specific requirements.
Step 2- Interviews
Interview pre-screened candidates that are qualified and excited to join your team. Follow your regular interview processes, just like you would with any other new hire.
Step 3- Onboarding
We will get you logged into our remote tracking software called Hubstaff so that you can see exactly what your newest team member is doing each day.
Step 4- Daily check-ins
We will check in with your newest agent at the end of each day to make sure they are hitting the KPI’s that you set for them. Each month we will meet with you to check in and see how they are performing and if you need to replace them.

We grant you access to our Hubstaff account so that you can monitor your agents work.

We require each of our agents to download the hubstaff software on their computer, and login each day so that we can see exactly how they spend their time.

The software takes a screenshot of their computer every 10 minutes so that we can see exactly what they are doing.

The software automatically gives a productivity ranking each day so you have a general idea of how they performed.
